I am getting billed after I canceled!

If you have canceled your account and are still receiving bills, then you have one or more additional accounts with Grammarly.

I know this may not seem likely or even possible to some of you, but I have seen as many as FOUR additional accounts the user forgot they had created along the way. Often, they were misspelled emails.

It's easy to correct, so don't panic -- just email support with the 4 last digits the card number being charged and they will take care of it.   (For our old customers, you may be asked to provide the full card number of that card, but only the card number.)

In most cases, they are able to refund those additional charges if you catch them early.
