To retrieve the changes, you need to select the edited text in the Grammarly editor and then copy it into the clipboard (e.g., press Ctrl-C).  After that, you can paste the text into any text editor (e.g., Microsoft Word or Google Docs).  Alternatively, you can move the changes one-by-one - all changed text is highlighted in blue color.
