To paste your text, simply copy your text from Word or any other text processor and paste it to Grammarly. You may use command + C and command + V key combination to do that.

Copy and paste now works for me again. Still using a Mac, still using Firefox, I didn't change anything.

I just signed up (7-day free trial) and use a Mac, so this is a bit alarming. I am using Chrome and it seems to work fine for me. Is any body still having the Mac cut/paste problem?

We know it has taken some time to resolve the issue because of some technical considerations our developers were working through.
For those customers using Firefox on Mac: you can now copy and paste using the Grammarly buttons and the context menu, browser menu and short-cut keys (Cmd C, Cmd V). For those using Chrome and Safari: you can use the context menu, browser menu and short-cut keys (Cmd C, Cmd V).
We apologize for any inconveniences it caused you and appreciate your patience.

My browser (Firefox on Vista) informs me that when I use Ctrl-C to cut the text from the textarea, an attempt is made to load content that could potentially be dangerous to my system. I chose instead, to retype any changes manually.

Dear Helen,
I'm a little confused. Are you saying that no matter what I do (on my Mac) all my formatting will be lost except for the paragraphs because grammarly makes text plain and you have no software to offer mac users?
thanks

The problem with this I have been having is that all of the spaces after my periods disappear and suddenly I am cited for not having proper puctuation 30 times. So scores will always be low until this bug in your software is fixed.

Dear users,
Grammarly makes your text plain despite no matter which Internet browser you use. All the formatting is lost except for the paragraphs.

Do you have a simple set of instructions for Mac users: numbered steps and integration with Office? This would solve many of the problems listed above.
