Free trial: All membership plans offer a 7-day free trial period. If you cancel within 7 days, you will not be charged. There is absolutely no obligation to continue past the free trial period. If you choose to remain a member past the end of the free trial, you will be billed per your membership plan, without refund.
If you have been charged twice in the same month, please submit a support ticket explaining your issue and one of our support staff will be happy to help you resolve the issue. If you do not hear back from us in a timely manner, please check your email's Spam folder - many email providers block unrecognized email addresses to protect you from Spam and other email scam attempts.
